In Home Services

All of our caregivers go through an extensive screening process. Not only are they warm, caring, understanding people who are capable professionals, they serve as Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Companion Aides. All of our caregivers are screened, insured, and bonded—which gives you peace of mind.

We only place caregivers who are able to meet the highest of standards and they must possess the following attributes:

  • First we conduct a face-to-face interview of each applicant, and assess their qualifications, talents, and evaluate their interpersonal attributes and special skills
  • Our caregivers must have at least 2 years of prior experience
  • They must supply us with 3 references from prior patients or their family members
  • If they are a licensed caregiver (CNA, LPN, RN), their license is verified to be current
  • If all the references check out, we then conduct an extensive background check, including a criminal background check
  • When the screening is complete, the caregiver is added to our roster of available caregivers

We also continue to assess the services of our caregivers and perform home evaluations while they are on the job. Quarterly, we offer our caregivers training at staff meetings, and keep them informed of the latest information available regarding caring for our special needs patients who are living with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s.
