Christian Values

Cleansing Water was named after the biblical Pool of Bethesda, a place of healing and restoration.  Our business is founded on Christian values.

We believe that each client is a God-given trust who deserves to be treated with the utmost respect and loving care. Our holistic approach to client care is what sets us apart in the private home health care marketplace.

Each individual’s unique needs and capabilities are considered when we develop our custom-tailored care plan. When you retain a Cleansing Water team member to care for your family member, you can rest assured that all aspects of care will be fully attended to — not just the physical needs of the body, but the individual’s unique mental and spiritual needs as well.

Licensure

Cleansing Water, Inc. is licensed through the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health.

Because of our successful record of compliance in past annual audits, the Department of Health has approved Cleansing Water, Inc. to have full field audits every two years.  These audits are complete and thorough and may require confirmation of licenses of our staff, acknowledgment of background checks, and complete signed nursing notes that are all reviewed by our Nursing Supervisor.

The Virginia Department of Health audits are unannounced and are designed to ensure that Home Health Care companies remain in compliance with the State regulations.

Cleansing Water’s successful compliance record provides assurance and peace of mind to our clients.
